Refund policy

At EcoBumtie, every soap, fragrances, body and hair product is handcrafted in small batches. Because these items are used on the skin, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can take care of it quickly. We're happy to replace the item or offer solution that makes things right.

We don't accept returns for reasons such as scent preference, texture, or general dislike, but we always want you to be happy with your experience. if you ever  have a concern, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
