Shipping policy

Orders take 1-5 business days to process. Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with your local post office or neighbours. If you need help after that, reach out and we'll look into it with you.

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 3 days of delivery so we can help. We currently ship nationwide within the United Kingdom. This may be updated as we grow.
